My name is Melissa Kennington I work for the city, county of Broomfield, Colorado

and basically my job responsibilities are programming the climbing wall

route setting, staff training and overall facility daily operations

In our facility I think its great that we have our climbing wall, we have programs that we can offer the public

We run classes from parent taught classes which involves the adults and three, four and five year olds

to teaching people how to lead

to movement classes

pretty much the whole nine yards

having the real rock features is a nice opportunity for them to get on a route

and have it be somewhat similar to what they’d find outdoors

I’m really proud of what we have to offer here

I think its really exciting to see people learn and grow through the sports

and see how it changes their lives and what they do

I think that it’s been a great part of my life and I like sharing that with the residents of Broomfield
