Plaster, it’s everywhere you want to

Howdy guys and gals, in this video we explain how Jason and I install stucco foam moldings. 25 years ago I ordered enough unfinished Styrofoam to fill up this guys back yard, I figured we could save some money by installing the fiber mesh and cement base with my crew. On that home alone, back 25 years ago it took 7 guys close to 20 days to do this time consuming work. (Take it from me and Learn by my old mistake buy pre coated and ready to install foam moldings.)

in this video I show how to prep and apply a skip trowel texture on some window foam mold details.
FYI, if you’re going to buy styrofoam mols or what some folks call EFIS, make certain these styrofoam molds are precoated with Fiberglass mesh and at least 1/8 of an inch thick poly bond or similar cementitious material, the only area that is not coated with a cementitious finish coat is the rear of the molds.

I have been to homes where folks ordered widow foam but didn’t realise you had to ask or demand they be coated, it’s not so bad to try and hang these window molds but trying to apply mesh and cement is past what most homeowner can or will even try.
