When you walk in the front door, you are greeted with expansive lake views that can be seen from every window in the great room. The living room has beautiful vaulted ceilings and skylights that allow lots of light to brighten the space. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room and provide seating for 10. There is a bar with seating for 4 in the kitchen as well as a dining room table with seating for 6. The home is 3400 sq. ft. and has 4 separate sleeping areas and 3 full baths. If you take a right from the foyer, you walk down a short hall that leads to the 2 main level bedrooms. The master bedroom is large with a huge walk-in closet and a master bath with jacuzzi tub. The master has a beautiful King bed, large 50″ flat screen HDTV, and a door that opens onto an expansive deck that runs the full length of the house and overlooks the main channel of the lake. The second bedroom on this level is a queen room with a full bath just across the hall. Also on this level is a laundry room with a washer/dryer.

The lower level has loads of space for kids and adults. There is a huge Rec room with 65″ 4K Ultra HDTV, pool table, air hockey table, and wet bar with mini-fridge. The Rec room also opens onto a waterfront patio that has a porch swing to relax on and take in the lake views. There are 2 more sleeping areas on this level and 1 full bath. The King bedroom is on the lakeside and the other bedroom is a bunkroom with 2 sets of bunk beds (4 singles). Other amenities that this house has are a fire pit, a dock with an upper sun deck, a grill on the main deck just outside the kitchen, and deck furniture to enjoy the afternoon sun or a peaceful morning sunrise. Big Water is in a wonderful location for vacationers! It is directly across the lake from Bridgewater Plaza where you can find boat rentals, restaurants, shops, an arcade for the kids, and even miniature golf. If you already have a boat, there is a neighborhood public boat launch just around the corner from this home and a marina across the lake to gas up! The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and serene with hiking trails, a community tennis court and a community pool.
