A. City Transportation Priority List – Staff from the Planning Department will review the current Transportation Priority List for State and County facilities serving Bowie – Public Hearing/Eligible for Action

B. Karington (South Lake) – Staff will present items related to the Karington (South Lake) project including administrative matters related to the annexation agreement, fee reimbursement under our existing TIF policy, and possibly information related to an expected application for tax increment financing as contemplated under our existing annexation agreement (Resolutions R-56-18 and R-57-18) – Public Hearing/Eligible for Action
