I ripped out the old wood and carpet ,then installed new marine plywood and new marine grade carpet with marine adhesive. I purchased the carpet and glue from bassboatseats.com, after searching for carpet, they were definitely the most affordable. I used the 20oz pile, the whole installation was a breeze, was my first time attempting this type of project. The new seats are also from bassboatseats.com. They have a ton of different style seats to choose from. And I installed that cool tackle storage where there was just an empty space. It’s great for keeping your most used lures handy. I paid 100.00 for the tackle box on Amazon, Cabeles wanted 200.00. I am a little more comfortable fishing now. the whole deal, carpet, adhesive, new stainless screws,all the seats ( I also have a butt seat (stool type for leaning against) not in the video, that I also got from bassboatseats. com actually its exactly like the one tracker makes, I checked.
