This workout is great for building your Glutes and Hamstrings, can be done at a home gym/ conventional gym/ crossfit box or in a hotel gym. Suitable for All fitness levels women AND Men.

Workout;
(Remember the sets and reps are a GUIDELINE , so adjust it to what works for you.)

A1- wide stance squats x 3 x 10-12 (3sec Tempo)
A2 – Lunges x 3 x 10 steps

B1 – Barbell Hip Thrusts x 3 x 12,10,8 (2-3sec tempo)
B2 – Single Leg Split stance Hip Thrusts x 3 x 10

C1- Split Stance Deadlift – 3 x 10 (2-3sec tempo)
C2 – Banded kick backs x 3 x 10 each leg

D1-FFE SPLIT SQUAT X 2 x 10 each leg
D2-FFE Deficit Lunges x 2 x 10
