I found one these exercises in Alex Megos Give me Kraft. All you need is a gym. When doing these exercises it’s very important to do them with focus, never do them to hard, this is not body building this is for strength, healthy shoulders and solid core. Do 10 reps in 3 sets. Never do to failure and the last reps should be done with good form.
Exercises: shoulder press, shoulder raise, diagonal shoulder raise, windmill, side crunch touch ankle, plank with rotation, plank with side push.
